Ordering online at SHARP.cc is quick and easy. If you are already logged in, the ordering process consists of 5 steps in which you decide how the order will be shipped. Your order is only final after you have received confirmation.
- Select your products
With the button 'in shopping cart' you place the desired products in your shopping cart. Once you have placed all the desired items in your shopping cart, click on your shopping cart at the top right. If you want multiple copies of a product, you can choose the desired quantity with the arrow buttons. Would you like to remove a product from your shopping cart? Then click on the cross to remove the product. Done shopping? Then click on 'Proceed to checkout'.
- Fill in data
After you have clicked on checkout, you will be taken to the checkout page. Have you placed an order with SHARP.cc before? Then log in with your e-mail address and password. Are you a new customer? Then fill in the billing information and immediately continue your order. You will then be taken to a page where you can enter your shipping address. Fill in all the details correctly and check if the shipping address is correct. Then click next step.
- Choose payment and delivery method or add comment
Choose the payment and delivery method you prefer. If you want more information about this, see payment and shipping procedure. If you have a comment about your order, don't forget to write it here. Then click on next step.
- Check your order summary
On the overview page you will receive a summary of your order. Here everything can be checked one last time. When everything is correct and you want to complete the order, click on the 'checkout' button. You also immediately agree to our terms and conditions. If you still want to change something, click on 'previous page'.
- Payment page
You will be redirected to the payment page. There you can pay through various mediums. If you have opted for a bank transfer, you will be taken to the order confirmation page and we will provide you with the information you need to make the transfer.
Congratulations on your purchase! After you have confirmed your order and payment has been made, you can expect the following from us:
- Confirmation email with order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email from us with an overview of your order.
- The products are prepared and shipped
The products you order are reserved and prepared from our warehouse. Then they are packed and sent to you.
- If part of your order is out of stock, we will notify you. We will of course try to resolve this as quickly as possible, so that your order can be shipped quickly.
